  • Be located in the ITC-SBDC’s 49 county North Texas service area
  • Respond to surveys regarding export activities for a period of 2 years

How much do you charge for this service?

Normally, this type of service would cost any where from $5,000 and up. However, we are funded by your tax dollars, so the tab has already been covered! You just have to leave the tip, in the form of response to surveys on your export activities.

How can I engage your services?

To get started, just contact our office, and we can set up an appointment to meet with you at our office or at your location. Once we’ve had our initial meeting, we will design a project scope, collect and analyze the data and present our findings to you. The entire process takes from 4–6 weeks.

What resources do you use to collect market information?

We focus on secondary market research sources and have subscribed to several databases such as BNA Export Reference Library, Demographics Now, Customs Info, IBIS World and others to assist with research efforts.

What if I don’t like the results?

We do our best to give every client a confidential, professional, and satisfactory experience. Sometimes, we just may not have access to the data you request. Also, there are some things we can’t do, like give legal advice or act on your company’s behalf. We hope that you’re satisfied with the results, but if not, you can always hire a private sector market research firm.
